I'm a cartoonist with influences so varied and wide you wouldn't believe me if I told you. I've always loved to draw ever since I was a kid. My very first influences were religious paintings in churches and encyclopedias because of the colors and the dynamism in layout and figures. Other influences came from artworks by Renaissance painters, the first wave of mecha anime in the mid-70s, Marvel and DC comics, Saturday morning cartoons, and other children's shows, graphic designs prevalent on album covers during the 80s, contemporary western and eastern comics, artists like Norman Rockwell, Art Adams, and Kevin Maguire. I'm also dabbling in photography and most of those I took can be found in my deviantART page. As of this writing I already done 6 titles and I do hope to be able to create more in the future. I still continue to do comic strips in various publications and, God willing, I'd be able to expand this and my range of style in the coming months and years ahead.
